Partner program FAQ

Commission is a percentage of what the client actually pays, agreed with you before the referral starts. The rate depends on the partnership model and how involved you stay in the relationship. Contact us and we’ll walk you through the current rates.

You’re paid after the client settles each invoice, so payouts follow the project’s billing schedule. We send commission by bank transfer or your preferred method once the client’s payment has cleared.

No. You only need to spot when a business could use our help and make the introduction. Our team handles every technical and commercial conversation from there.

That’s up to you. In a referral partnership the client works with us directly; in a white-label partnership the client only ever sees you. Either way, the referral stays credited to you.

There’s no hard minimum, but the program is designed around projects substantial enough to be worth both parties’ time. Small one-off tasks are welcome but earn proportionally less.

Every referral is recorded with the client’s details and the date you introduced them, and confirmed back to you in writing. That record is what your commission is paid against.
